What we charge, and what we do not

Payments to JOJU CARE cover only the product price and shipping. Any taxes that may be due on import, and any customs procedures required, are handled directly by the recipient.

02Taxes & customsDuties, VAT and any other taxes that may be due on import are paid directly by the recipient under the rules of the destination country. JOJU CARE does not collect these taxes on the recipient's behalf. To help your order clear customs smoothly, please provide any information and documents requested by customs or the carrier.
03About international shippingJOJU CARE is not a package-forwarding service. International delivery is carried out by the carrier, and shipping is charged according to the carrier's rates.
